The 49ers recorded turnovers on consecutive possessions. The first was a fumble by Washington’s QB Taylor Heinicke. Then, when he and his receiver got mixed up, he fired an interception. The errant pass fell into the arms of his DB Jimmy Ward for the 49ers.
