Batavia High School Graduate Continues Football Career at Baldwin Wallace College
Kaitlyn CallahanA graduate of Batavia High School, is one of eight freshman student-athletes at Baldwin Wallace College who will continue their careers in women’s soccer.
In his sixth season, Coach Wojtkun has 19 letter-winners, three All-Ohio Athletic Conference players and 11 academics from last year’s team, which went 11-10 and 5-4 in the OAC. Returns an all OAC selection. The Yellowjackets advanced to the semi-finals of his OAC Tournament.

Carthage University is Emily Remillard Named to Dean’s List of Academic Excellence for Spring 2022 from Batavia, Illinois.
Dean’s list honors are awarded to Carthage students who achieve a minimum grade point average of 3.5 while holding at least 14 credit hours during the semester.

To be eligible for this honor, a student must complete at least 6 credits during the semester, achieve a grade point average of at least 3.5 during the semester, and maintain her 3.5 cumulative GPA at UMGC.

Emerson College Student in Batavia Earns Nod on Dean’s List
hayley haddon The University of Batavia (60510) has been awarded Dean List Honors for the Spring 2022 Semester at Emerson College.
The requirement for creating the Dean’s List is to have a grade point average of 3.7 or higher for the semester.
Haddon majors in Political Communications and is a member of the 2025 class.
