Center Robert Williams stayed in the game after Brown bumped his left knee in the first quarter. At halftime, Williams was ruled out for the second half due to a hyperextended knee.
Williams was discharged from hospital last March after knee surgery, but returned in the playoffs.
Malcolm Brogdon scored 23 points and Peyton Pritchard scored all 12 points in the 4th quarter. The Celtics are undefeated since their Jan. 3 loss in Oklahoma City.

The Celtics took an 85-81 lead into the third quarter, with Brown, Williams and Pritchard all making 3-pointers to regain the lead on a 9-0 run to start the final quarter.
Trent missed a layup with 21 seconds left to tie the game at 106.
After Brown scored 13 points in the first and trailed by 11 points, Boston closed out the quarter with a 12-2 spurt, trailing 27-26 after one.
Williams went 8-6 for second with 16 points, while the rest of the Celtics went 14-4 on shooting. Toronto took a 57–50 lead at halftime.
