Jackson, Michigan (WILX) – Adult Education at the Jackson Area Career Center expands your medical program options. This makes it easier for people to reach their career goals and build skills related to the healthcare industry.
The revised curriculum is based on feedback from working students and students with families who want more options to meet their needs. Health Career classes begin his January and offer a variety of options, including online, in-person, and a hybrid of both.
Shorter and more frequent classes will be available while keeping the overall length the same.

- Medical insurance and coding
- patient care technician
Prices now include books, blood pressure kits, and national exam review materials.
Career Center’s adult career education programs also offer classes to develop hobbies and passions, such as welding and auto bodies.
All classes are held in the evening and take less than a year to complete.
