Northwood freshman guard Maeve St. John had a big night on Thursday by leading the Timberwolves to an 88-53 victory in GMAC Women’s Basketball by visiting Tiffin.

St. John, whose previous career-high score was 9 points, scored 27 points on 8/11 shooting from the floor. She also recorded 6 steals, 5 rebounds and 5 assists.

NU have significant advantages in all offensive categories, 54% (28 of 52 games) behind Tiffin at 38 percent (21 of 55 games) and 47 percent from across the arc (14 of 30 games). , making 18-of-21 free throws against 23 percent (6/26) for the Dragons and 5/5 for Tiffin.
